Share your Journey with us
All spiritual warriors who travel their spiritual path experience many incredible journeys within the many realms they visit, the spirits they meet and the snippets of wisdom received whilst journeying. Little Hawk treasures these journeys as they are so helpful for those of us on our path. Little Hawk invites you to share any journeys you have taken within the many realms of mother earth and father sky and also if there are any questions you may have about your journey, if you don't mind she will post them on this page for others to share and gain insight into the beautiful space that surrounds us, those spaces unseen by our conscious minds. You can email her here at share your journey I'd like to share an inspiring email I received from Brian, that is a fine example of the special connection we really do have with spirit, mother earth and father sky and how simple it is to connect once we surrender and just be at one with all. Thank you Brian Thank you for the chance to share -I have felt the native path call-many times. I dream of freedom and responsibility I would like to tell you of the time I sat down by a pond in lotus position with the intent to watch the thoughts that would come and be unswayed. As I sat with eyes closed I felt it difficult to keep a straight posture. I allowed my waist to bend with gravity- forward slowly till my forhead was just above the ground. And relax . and breathe. After a time my body became lite and started to float up into a straight
back with my bottom making solid contact with the ground. This happened
2 or 3 more times and I was fine. I felt an itching and the thought
to scratch came. I did not answer but just watched. I then felt ants
biting my butt and I laughed inside- thoughts saying I must really want
to transcend if I try to meditate in an ant pile! I did not scratch
or tense but allowed the sensation that no longer was pain-the ants
stopped. By this time I felt swirling like a breeze had entered my skin.
Four times I heard the sound of ducks taking of from the water. I was
facing west. First to my right then to my left back to my right then
to my left. The sound of the flapping felt like my skin was falling
away with them only to realize it wasn’t my skin but something
no longer needed. I began to daydream about a girl I saw the other day
and then woke to the fact that the thoughts had ensnared me. I chastised
myself for allowing that and then realized that was thought too. So
if I found myself off the path- instead of coming down hard on myself-
I would simply turn back on to the way. A tingling began above my right
eyebrow and felt like a string was pulling. Then the tingling was on
my right cheek under my eye. I then felt a little crawling over to my
nose. Then I realized this was a spider present. From the tip of my
nose she repelled down to my chin and then down again! The thought came-The
most amazing things happen when you don’t do anything about them!
No bias-just witness and enjoy. By this time my body felt flowing all
over and an opening of my bottom into the earth. Probably 35 min. or
so of not answering those thoughts that would try so hard to get a response
like a little kid pulling harder and harder. The wind blew a strand
of my hair across my face-At this point I felt so sensitive that it
was such a great pain/pleasure- as I allowed and did not tense. Then
the culmination-a sound of a splash that vibrated through me as words
flowed across my minds eye like news during a football game on TV. It
said- Fish jumps in Lake makes Splash- and then flowed by again reading
–jumps in Lake makes Splash-with a powerful flow through my body
that was synchronized with the sound of the splash still going! Once
again the words flowed by, can Little Hawk guess what was missing this
time? It read -Jumps makes Splash- and a great wind flowed up through
the Earth through me wide and slow moving narrower and faster as it
reached my head and flowed on!!! like a flag rippling with the power
of a rocket or geyser with the strength to break free of the earth.
I walked and stretched afterward and thought and laughed and realized
I had felt the answer to the Buddhist Koan “What is the sound
of one hand clapping?” It’s when the fish and the lake disappeared
-I splashed ! When the observer and the observed becomes one they come
together with a powerful vibration-the sound of one hand clapping-the
illusion is no more-at least for the moment. Have a beautiful life! –Brian
