Drums for Healing
You can use your
medicine drum for many things, you can
use your drum as a guiding beat in
meditation,
also as an
awakener or voice to get the attention of the spirit world and it can
also be used as a healing tool as in vibrational healing and as a cleansing
tool used to cleanse ones aura or the energies in certain spaces and places.
Little Hawk has been guided by her spirit guides and also shown various
ways of using your medicine drum for healing and creating internal peace
from experienced teachers and healers alike.
In a Drums for Healing Workshop you are taught the sacredness and various
techniques of using your medicine drum as a healing tool.
You will learn different styles to heal in different areas of ones being,
be it on a physical or spiritual level.
It is advisable to bring your own medicine drum as you will benefit so
much more from using a drum that you have a personal connection with,
a drum that carries your medicine and your respect.
You will need to bring your drum and beater. A cushion/rug to sit on and
sun block or a hat if you are sun conscious.
It will also benefit your energy if you have fasted for 24 hours or at
least abstained from the consumption of any drugs unless they are for
medicinal reasons, are washed and wearing fresh clothing when you arrive.
